    Nexus Gold Corp, formerly Alita Resources Ltd., is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company's principal business activity is the sourcing and exploration of mineral properties. The Company is engaged in the exploration of exploration and evaluation assets, located in the United States and Canada. The Company's Walker Ridge Property is located in Elko County, Nevada, approximately 40 air miles (64 kilometers) north of Elko. The core of the Walker Ridge Property is approximately three groups of over 10 unpatented mining claims, covering approximately 620 acres (250.1 hectares). The property encompasses a portion of townships T42N/53E, and T42N/R54E Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian.
