The company's flagship asset is the 100%-owned Goliath Gold Complex, an advanced stage high-grade gold deposit near Dryden, Ontario, which includes the Goliath, Goldlund, and Miller projects. The company was formerly known as Treasury Metals Inc. and changed its name to NeXGold Mining Corp. in July 2024. NeXGold Mining Corp. was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
