Montero Mining And Exploration Ltd. Description

Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd. is a Canada-based company engaged in the identification, evaluation, acquisition, evaluation, exploration and development of mineral properties in Africa. The Company operates through the exploration and evaluation of mineral resources segment. The Company also focuses on the development of rare earth elements (REEs) and phosphates in Tanzania and South Africa, respectively. The Company's properties include Phosco Phosphate Project, Greenflash Phosphate Project and Wigu Hill REE Project. The Wigu Hill REE Project is located in Tanzania, over 170 kilometers south-west of Dar es Salaam and approximately 70 kilometers south of Morogoro. Its Wigu Hill REE Project covers an area of approximately 140 square kilometers. The Phosco Phosphate Project covers over four phosphate exploration projects in South Africa, namely Duyker Eiland, Phillips Kraal and Lamberts Bay in the Western Cape, and Bierkraal in the Northwest Province.
