Lincoln Mining Corporation (Lincoln) is a precious metals exploration and development company. The Company operates in a segment, being the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. The Company has approximately two projects in various stages of exploration, which include the Pine Grove property and the Oro Cruz gold property. The Pine Grove property is as an exploration-stage gold project. The Pine Grove project lies approximately 20 miles south of Yerington, in the Pine Grove Hills, Lyon County, Nevada. The Company has mining leases on the Wilson and Wheeler mines (patented claims) and over 240 unpatented claims owned directly by Lincoln. The Oro Cruz property is a pre-development stage gold project. The Oro Cruz property is located in the Tumco Mining District of southeastern California. The Oro Cruz project consists of approximately 150 lode claims covering over 3,000 acres. Its subsidiaries include Lincoln Gold US Corp and Lincoln Resource Group Corp.
