The Company is focused on the acquisition and exploration of early-stage gold projects across Canada. The Company is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and development. The Company's projects include the Tell Project and the Meridian Gold Silver project. The Tell project holds approximately 230 claims covering approximately 4,900 hectares, which is located approximately 140 kilometers east of Mayo, Yukon. The Meridian Gold Silver project is located approximately 40 kilometers from Revelstoke, British Columbia. The Meridian Gold Silver project has its claims in approximately 670 hectares. The Company has not generated any revenues from its mining operations.
