The company holds 100% interests in the Unga Gold project that covers an area of 240 square kilometers located in Alaska, the United States; and the Cumaro project in Mexico. It also has an option to acquire 100% interests in the Oso Negro and La Lola projects in Mexico. The company was formerly known as Redstar Gold Corp. and changed its name to Heliostar Metals Ltd. in October 2020. Heliostar Metals Ltd. was incorporated in 1983 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
