The Company's mineral property is located in Canada. The Company holds interest in Mineral Hill gold-silver property, which is located to the south of Stump Lake, approximately 42 kilometers northwest of Merritt, in southwestern British Columbia. The Mineral Hill gold-silver property includes the formerly productive veins of the Mineral Hill Mine, from which approximately 77,605 tons of mineralized material was mined and milled, yielding over 8,894 ounces of gold, approximately 252,939 ounces of silver, over 40,822 pounds of copper, approximately 2,205,444 pounds of lead, and over 367,869 pounds of zinc.
