GoldQuest Mining Corp. is a mineral exploration and development company, which operates through the segment, being the evaluation and exploration of mineral exploration properties in Dominican Republic. The Company focuses on gold-copper projects located within the Tireo Formation in the western portion of the Dominican Republic. It holds over 20 exploration permits (granted or under application) and an exploitation permit (under application) concessions in the Dominican Republic, which are grouped in to the districts, such as San Juan District, including Romero, Aguita Fria, Valentin, Loma Los Comios, Loma El Cachimbo, Los Gajitos, Los Lechones, Descansadero, Tocon de Pino, Las Tres Veredas, Piedra Dura, La Tachuela, La Guinea, Toribio and La Pelada concessions, which are referred to as the Tireo Property; Jarabacoa District, such as Los Hoyitos and La Rabona concessions, and Regional Exploration, such as Loma El Catey, Pesquero, Loma La Damajagua, Hoyo Prieto and Recodo concessions.
