    Gitennes Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of exploring for mineral deposits. The Company acquires properties directly by staking, through option agreements with prospectors or other exploration companies, and through reconnaissance programs. The Company operates in the mineral exploration industry. The Company has a royalty interest in the Urumalqui silver-gold project located in north-central Peru. The Urumalqui project is situated in north-central Peru approximately 70 kilometers by road east of the port city of Trujillo. The Company is seeking project acquisitions and has not generated any revenues. The Urumalqui project consists of over four contiguous mineral concessions totaling approximately 2,700 hectares.
