Garibaldi Resources Corp is a Canada-based exploration stage company. Its business activity is the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties located in Canada and Mexico. The Company explores for new gold silver and base metal deposits in the central and northern parts of Mexico's prolific Sierra Madre. Garibaldi Resources Corp controls district scale projects covering more than 1,000 square kilometers of strategically located concessions close to other gold and silver mining projects discovered in Mexico including Mulatos, Dolores and Ocampo. The Company's projects in Mexico include: the La Patilla, the Rodadero, the Tonichi and the Iris project. Its projects in Canada include: the E&L, PSP and King projects, The Cariboo Copper and Gold project, the Red Lion project, the Grizzly project, the Tora Tora project and the Black Gold project.
