First Mining Finance Corp., formerly Albion Petroleum Ltd., is a mineral property holding company whose principal business activity is to acquire mineral assets with a focus in the Americas. The Company holds a portfolio of over 30 mineral assets (without Goldlund and Cameron) in Canada, Mexico and the United States with a focus on gold. It has going exploration programs for gold, silver, lead, zinc and copper funded through the sale of equity and joint venture partnerships. The projects in Canada include Hope Brook gold property, Springpole Gold Project and Pickle Crow Gold Project. The projects in Mexico include Miranda gold property, Socorro property, San Ricardo property, Penasco Quemado property, La Frazada, Pluton property, Puertecitos property, Los Tamales property, Las Margaritas property, Geranio property, El Apache property, El Roble property, Batacosa property, Lachatao property and Montana Negra property. The property in the United States is Turquoise Canyon property.
