    This actively-managed ETF seeks to provide: (i) stable monthly cash distributions; (ii) the opportunity for capital appreciation; and (iii) lower overall volatilityof portfolio returns than would otherwise be experienced by owning securities of European dividend growth companies directly by providing investorswith exposure to an approximately equal-weight portfolio of no fewer than 20 equity securities of large capitalization European dividend growthcompanies. Covered call options may be written on up to 33% of the portfolio and will be written only in respect of the portfolio securities or an applicableindex or ETF. Substantially all foreign currency exposure is hedged to the Canadian dollar.
