Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the operation and consolidation of wineries, wine, spirit, and beer distribution agencies, and sales and brand development. The Company's segments include the sales of manufactured wines and agency sales. It operates approximately two wineries in the Niagara region of Ontario producing Vintners Quality Alliance (VQA) and blended wines under the brand names as 20 Bees, EastDell Estates, Lakeview Cellars, Dois Amigos, Dan Aykroyd, Riders Valley, Benchmark and Seasons. The Company sells approximately 120 beverage alcohol brands across Canada. Through its Partnership, Kirkwood Diamond Canada, the Company is the sales agent for international brands, including Fat Bastard wines, Kaiken wines, Charles Wells beers, Hpnotiq Liqueur, Anciano wines, Francois Lurton wines, Brick Brewing, Iceberg Vodka and Blue Nun wines in all regions of the country, as well as being a distributor in the western provinces.
