Delta Resources Limited, formerly Golden Hope Mines Ltd, is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of potential gold and base metal projects with both underground and open-pit mining potential. The Company operates through the acquisition, exploration and development of exploration properties segment. The Company's projects are located in the Bellechasse/Beauce Region of Southeastern Quebec, Canada. These projects include the Bellechasse-Timmins gold deposit. The Bellechasse/Beauce property is located approximately 90 kilometers southeast of Quebec City within the northern part of the Appalachian range of mountains. The property consists of approximately 140 claims totaling over 5,040 hectares. The Bellechasse Belt includes Bellechasse-Timmins, the Beland anomaly and Champagne Zone. It also holds interests in approximately 20 claims (over 860 hectares) at Julian property located in the Bellechasse/Beauce region.
