Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. is a diamond exploration company. The Company is focused on the development of the Margaret Lake and Marlin properties in the Northwest Territories. The Company owns an interest in Margaret Lake Diamond Property, which is located approximately 300 kilometers east-northeast of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories in the District of MacKenzie. The Property lies approximately 80 kilometers north of the East Arm of Great Slave Lake and is bounded to the south by both the Kennady Diamonds and De Beers/Mountain Province Diamonds Gahcho Kue joint venture. The land package consists of approximately 20 mineral claims totaling approximately 48,720 acres. The Company also owns an interest in approximately four additional claims to the north and contiguous to the Margaret Lake Property totaling approximately 3,480 hectares (the Kirk Lake Property). The Company has no operating revenue.
