Cantex Mine Development Corp. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits. The Company's primary project is located in the northwestern part of the Republic of Yemen where it owns exploration licenses over a 1,583 square kilometer area. The Company's Al Hariqah gold deposit is located over 130 kilometers northwest of Sana'a. The Al Masna'a nickel, copper, cobalt project is located in the Saadah region over 205 kilometers north-northwest of the capital city, Sana'a, and 25 kilometers south of the border with Saudi Arabia.
