Cobra Venture Corp. is a Canada-based company engaged in exploration and development of petroleum and natural gas interests in Western Canada. The Company operates through the exploration and development of oil and gas interests, in Canada segment. Its properties include Willesden Green Area, Davey Lake area, Gull Lake and Hayter area. The Company holds interest in approximately 160 acres of land in Central Alberta. The Company holds interest in an oil well located in the Willesden Green area. It is granted the right to equally participate to drill and complete approximately four initial test wells located in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan. The Company has working interest in approximately two wells located in the Hayter area of Alberta. The LH Property is a gold exploration project located south of Silverton, British Columbia, on the east side of Slocan Lake and consists of approximately 20 contiguous crown granted claims and over four mineral claims.
