Sintana Energy Inc. Description

Sintana Energy Inc. (Sintana), formerly Mobius Resources Inc., is a crude oil and natural gas exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in petroleum and natural gas exploration and development activities in Colombia. Its primary private participation interests in Colombia include the approximately 43,160 acres Valle Medio Magdalena 37 (VMM-37) Block and the approximately 154,910 acres VMM-4 Block, both in the Middle Magdalena Basin. The VMM-4 Block is located on the eastern edge of the Middle Magdalena Basin, where the basin ends against the Eastern Cordillera with its strike-slip fault-systems and rugged highlands. It also has a private participation interest in the over 34,190 acres Talora Block. The Talora Block straddles the transition area between the Upper and Middle Magdalena Basins and is flanked by Middle Magdalena oil fields to the north and Upper Magdalena oil fields to the south.
