The main business of the REIT is the acquisition of multi-suite residential rental properties across the United States. The REIT owns a portfolio of approximately 50 multifamily garden-style residential properties consisting of more than 9,000 apartment units located across more than four bordering states in the Sunbelt region of the United States.
