Nevado Resources Corp is a Canada-based exploration and evaluation-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, evaluating and developing mining properties. The Company holds an interest in approximately two mineral properties located in Quebec. The Company focuses its activities on the exploration, evaluation and development of the La Blache (titanium-vanadium) and Fermont (graphite) projects. The Company owns approximately 50 claims covering an area of over 3,040 hectares (30 square kilometers) forming the titanium-vanadium La Blache property (the Property), located over 150 kilometers northwest of Baie-Comeau in the Upper North Shore region of Quebec. The Fermont property consists of approximately 20 claims covering an area of over 1,200 hectares (12 square kilometers) located in the southern Labrador Trough in northeastern Quebec, Canada. The property is adjacent to Focus Graphite's Lac Knife graphite deposit.
