Starr Peak Exploration Ltd is an exploration-stage junior mining company, which is engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of precious and base metal mineral deposits. The Company focuses on acquiring, exploring and developing Gold, Silver, Copper and Molybdenum mineral deposits and projects in Americas. The Company owns the El Toro property, which is located in the Omineca mining division of British Columbia. The El Toro property covers a 34,356-hectare area mineral tenure, and is located approximately 30 kilometers southwest of Telkwa, which is approximately 11 kilometers southeast of Smithers in central British Columbia. The El Toro Project lies within the Telkwa Range of the Hazelton Mountains and is bisected by the northerly flowing Howson Creek drainage. The principal deposit type present on the El Toro Project is the subvolcanic copper-gold-silver (arsenic, antimony) type. The Company has no operating revenues.
