Stratabound Minerals Corp. is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and evaluation, with base metal, silver and gold properties in New Brunswick. The Company owns interest in the CNE/Captain and Taylor Brook claim groups, totaling over 160 claims, and an interest in the CNE Mining Lease, within the Bathurst Mining Camp in northeast New Brunswick, Canada, a zinc-lead-silver district. In addition, the Company has an option on approximately 50 claims adjoining the northern boundary of the CNE/Captain claim group. The Company holds the option on the Solomon Pillars gold resource property, which consists of over 40 contiguous claims in the Beardmore area of Ontario. The Solomon Pillars property consists of approximately 26 claims, including 22 leased and four staked claims, on over 418.1 hectares in the Townships of Walters and Leduc, near Beardmore, Ontario.
