ML Gold Corp., formerly Cap-Ex Iron Ore Ltd., is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing interests in mineral properties in North America. The Company is engaged in the exploration of the Aspen gold and Later copper-gold properties in British Columbia, Canada, and the Palmetto gold project in Nevada, the United States. The Company's Block 103 iron ore property covers approximately 7,250 hectares within the Labrador Trough, over 30 kilometers northwest of the mining town of Schefferville near the border of Quebec, Canada. The Aspen Property is located approximately 80 kilometers southwest of Vanderhoof, British Columbia, Canada, in the Omineca Mining Division. The Aspen Property consists of approximately 20 mineral claims totaling over 7,450 hectares. The Later Property consists of over 20 mineral claims covering approximately 5,700 hectares within the Quesnel Terrane in Central British Columbia.
