US Buyback Leaders Fund (the Fund) is an investment fund. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide unitholders with quarterly cash distributions, the opportunity for capital appreciation and provide investors with exposure to select large capitalization United States companies that are leaders in terms of share repurchase programs or buybacks. The Fund invests in an equally-weighted portfolio of equity securities of the top 25 ranked United States Buyback Leaders that have a market capitalization of at least $10 billion at the time of investment. The Fund offers Series A units and Series U units. The Fund invests in various sectors, including consumer discretionary, energy, banking and other financial, industrial, information technology and materials. Portfolios Group Inc. is the investment manager of the Fund.
