Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based resource exploration company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company holds interest in resource properties in British Columbia. The Company has two mineral projects: the Greenwood Gold project and the May Mac project. The Greenwood Gold project is located in the Greenwood Mining division, South Central British Columbia. Its Boundary Falls property hosts the May Mac silver-gold mine and related processing facilities. The Boundary Falls property covers an area of over 970 hectares. The Greenwood Gold project comprises both the Lexington-Grenoble and the Golden Crowne projects located in Greenwood, British Columbia. The Greenwood Gold project consists of the Greenwood mill and all associated buildings, including a 600,000 ton tailings facility, and mineral claims comprising the Lexington Grenoble and Golden Crown mines and Zip claims.
