The Company identifies, acquires and finances precious and base metal exploration projects in North America, particularly in British Columbia. The Company has an option to acquire interest in Hat Property and the Red Springs Project. It also holds interest in the Metropolitan Property. The Hat Property consists of over six mineral claims totaling approximately 1,892.24 hectares and is over 50 kilometers northwest of Telegraph Creek, British Columbia. The Metropolitan Property is located in the Kootenay District of south-eastern British Columbia. The Metropolitan Property consists of over nine mineral claims totaling approximately 1,990.97 hectares. The Red Spring Copper-Silver-Gold Property comprises over two claims totaling approximately 215.75 hectares and is located over 160 kilometers north of Smithers, in the Omineca Mining District of British Columbia.
