Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. (Cornerstone) is engaged in the evaluation, acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Ecuador and Chile. The Company focuses on developing the properties, bring them into production, option or lease properties to third parties, or sell the properties outright. It operates in the acquisition and exploration, and evaluation activities segment. The Miocene project is located in the regions of Atacama and Antofagasta of northern Chile. The Miocene project is focusing on epithermal gold-silver and porphyry gold-copper deposits. The Bella Maria property is located approximately 50 kilometers southeast of the city of Machala in southwestern Ecuador and covers over 10.4 square kilometers. The Monterrey Property covers an area of approximately 20 square kilometers located in southern Ecuador. The Cascabel property covers an area of over 50 square kilometers. The Vetas Grandes property covers an area of approximately 300 square kilometers.
